About The Relax & Write Process
Most of us are functioning at any given moment using only a small part of the resources we have available to us. These resources -- our intuition, creativity and deeper knowing -- are the foundations of a fully realized life.
Relax & Write teaches the basic tools of deep relaxation, guided meditation and the "observer self" as a means of accessing those hidden resources and harnessing them for creative and positive change.
In a safe, non-judgmental setting, Maia guides participants through gentle exercises designed to open their awareness and connect them to themselves.
